| Admin/Biograhical History | J. Deboo OBE became Apprenticeship Supervisor at Westwood in 1947 and was a key driving force behind the rapid and highly successful development of training methods across the Company. His experiences and insights into the needs of the organisation, gained during the stresses of the war years, were put to good use in developing training procedures that were second to none in the industry.
He was Group Training Manager for Baker Perkins Holdings PLC until his retirement in 1986.
