| Admin/Biograhical History | In 1896 the Pointons signed an agreement for Paul Pfleiderer to become the sole agent of their new dough-divider, (see Item PAS/BP/3/2/1). Lewis and Pointons Panification Ltd were formed in 1898 and Paul Pfleiderer appointed himself as chairman and secretary. In 1904, Werner, Pfleiderer and Perkins purchased Lewis and Pointons Panification Ltd, and its equipment was transferred to Peterborough. |
